Injured Players News
Bol Bol (GTD) – Bol (foot) was ruled out for Sundays game against Sacramento Bol hasn’t seen NBA action this season and has been sidelined for the past few days by the foot issue. The 20-year-olds next chance to suit up will be Tuesday at Houston.
Gary Harris (GTD) – Harris (shin) is considered questionable for Thursdays game at Indiana. The 25-year-old sat out the last two games due to the left shin bruise but may be able to retake the court versus the Pacers. Torrey Craig started in Harris place Tuesday and may do so again if hes held out Thursday.
Malcolm Brogdon (GTD) – Brogdon (back) is considered doubtful for Thursdays game against Denver. Brogdon left Tuesdays contest with a sore back, and the Pacers are expecting the issue to keep him out of action Thursday night. Expect Aaron Holiday and T.J. McConnell to pick up increased minutes if Brogdon does, indeed, sit.
Naz Mitrou-Long (Out )- Mitrou-Long (ankle) hasn’t appeared in any games for the G Leagues Fort Wayne Mad Ants since Dec. 13. The Pacers havent provided a timeline for Mitrou-Long – one of the organizations two two-way players – to return to action at either the NBA or G League level. Mitrou-Long is averaging 17.9 points (on 37.2 percent shooting from the field), 8.6 assists, 7.6 rebounds, 1.8 triples and 1.6 steals in 33.7 minutes per game over eight appearances for Fort Wayne this season.
Victor Oladipo (Out) – Oladipo (knee) rejoined the Pacers on Tuesday after a stint with the G Leagues Fort Wayne Mad Ants. Oladipo took part in practice with the Mad Ants on Monday, but his return to Indiana doesn’t necessarily signal that his 2019-20 debut is imminent. The 27-year-old is continuing to gradually increase his on-court activity and regain conditioning after being shut down for nearly a year following surgery to address a ruptured quadriceps tendon in his right knee. Oladipo still appears to be around a month away from playing, though the Pacers haven’t established a firm target date for his debut.
Edmond Sumner (GTD) – Sumner is considered doubtful to play Thursday against Denver due to a sore right knee. Sumner has been a regular part of the rotation since returning from injury midway through December but he played only two minutes in Tuesdays game likely due to the sore knee. Expect the guard to sit Thursday unless he makes more progress than anticipated over the next 24 hours.
